Rory has ten years of experience in the construction industry. His completed projects span many areas of architectural design including Offices, Airports, Education, Residential and Ministry of Defence.

His approach to all new projects is energetic and with enthusiasm; he has strong design skills with a comprehensive understanding of the technical and buildability issues needed to bring ideas to reality.

Rory has a proven track record in working with complex structures. Through preparation of planning application’s he has engaged with many officers including conversation, secured by design, English Heritage and Highways.

His commercial approach and ability to understand client aims have been the key to the success of many projects. Through utilising BIM Rory creates drawings and 3D images at a high level of accuracy and consistency through planning, tender and construction. This ensures projects are completed on time and to a high level of quality.

Rory has the ability and experience to maintain design objectives from inception to completion, on long running, large scale developments. He enjoys hands-on involvement at all stages of design development.

Rory has utilised a wide range of design guidance in his projects including BCO British Council for Offices, Building Regulations, Lifetime Homes, London Housing Design Guide, Code for sustainable Homes, Ecohomes, Building Bulletins and SSLD guides.
